Smartbro Error 619

I'd like to ask Smartbro users here. Do you also experience having problem connecting to the Internet, having Error 619? What do you think is causing it? I am a Smartbro Postpaid Internet subscriber, up to date with my payments, but recently I am having this problem. You know, I am a very active MyLotter and this problem is disrupting the normal flow of my life online here! I feel really bad! I used to earn regularly every month here but now I am afraid I will not be able to reach payout this month because of this bad system of Smartbro! I have contacted their technical support team several times already but none of them gave me a clear explanation as to what's happening and why I am having this Error 619. Help please, can you explain this to me?

i am also a SmartBro postpaid subscriber. i am very faithful in paying my dues. i use a USB modem. and i have no problems, so far with this internet connection. i only experience disconnection from time to time. but it's very minimal and bearable.

i hope it won't happen to me. by the way, are you using the same USB modem like i am using or you have a fixed canopy installed in your house?

I am using the plug-in USB type. Looks like a flash drive, but with longer cable.
