A few years back we went to dinner at my friends home and she served a meal that was simply easy to make, inexpensive and delicious. She gave me the recipe way back then. A couple of days ago I wanted to make this meal but wouldn't you know it, I can't found the recipe and furthermore, I can't do a search because I don't remember the name. I can NOT call my dear friend because she is know on longer with us. Therefore, I decided to ask my friends here for some help. I will tell you the ingredients that I remember and maybe someone can give me the name so I can do a search and get the recipe again. !: Egg Noodles 2: Spam 3:green peppers 4: strew tomatoes 5: onion 6: Grated Parmesan Cheese and I can not for the life of me reason the seasonings that was used. I want to thank you for your help in advance. Take care Snow

hi snow queen sounds like spam, noodle casserole but I have no idea what the seasonings that were used. wwwCook.com should give you a lot of recipes and maybe one is the one you are looking for. if it were me and I was using these ingredients I would want some garlic and basil and maybe a little oregano too. those are the seasonings I use with pastas that have tomatoes and green peppers and onion in them. sort of an Italian flavor with good old ordinary spam.I do not go too much with recipes as I make my ownup as so often I will beout of one ingredient and no time to shop so improvise and it usually turns out really good too.
