I don't know if any of you are dieting but just think about it it actually takes years (well for most people) to gain excess weight so it's not going to just fall right off when we decide to lose weight. You have to commit to healthier food choices everyday which is what I am trying to do. I do allow myself sometimes to eat whatever I want though usually it is dinner and I have ate sparingly thru out the day to allow myself that luxury. I have decided to drink soda only at special occasions like when I go out to dinner instead of drinking it every day. My new sidekick will be water. There is no magic weight loss solution or diet. You have to cut calories and move your body more. Yes it may and almost certainly will take time but you can do it! Start with small steps and build up to bigger steps.

I have seen many products that are on the market and they have different presentations, some are, pills, injections, drinks and shakes, but all of them required timing or certain discipline that most of the times we don´t have. I always seem to forget to take a pill or they would upset my stomach if I hadn´t eaten I found through a friend a product that seems simple to use, totally natural, without chemicals, and most importantly, I don´t have to worry about a schedule or anything else. This is a patch, the patch is mucha easier to remember and it doesn´t have any negative side effects. I have notice a significant difference in my overall energy and mood. The best news is that I have lost 7 pounds in just two weeks! I feel energized the entire day and trust me before I always felt tired not matter what vitamins I took. This is the web page if you want to know more about this fantastic product www.moneymachi.precision3.com

when i tried to lose weight a few years back..i didn't do it the healthy way... i had my share of regrets though... because i never exercised and my skin is quite lose and i had stretch marks due to yoyo dieting...i don't skip meals but i cut off carbohydrates partially from my daily intake..then i started shedding some pounds... it's difficult though..but it's more difficult to maintain when you reached your ideal wt w/o exercise...

:D:D:D when it comes to loosing weight reasonable people like you are so few...:) just make sure what kind of metabolism you are - there are people who actually need to reduce the quantity of the water they drink, because they keep it in their body, when in stress and changing your life regime is a stress - at least at the beginning also remember - your organism needs 40-60 days to develop food or activity habit - so give it the necessary time good luck:)
