DO you Do - e n o u g h physical exercises...????

Physical exercise is of utmost importance to the body to keep ourselves fit to attend the daily routine of work. How much time do you really spend for this. Or enjoy life not doing that at all - because of lack of time.

Hi busybee, I give preference to exercise, i do yoga in the morning for 1/2 hour. Once in two days i will go for a walk. And also i will do all my household work, though i have servant, to make myself active.

Nice - I am happy to note that you do Y O G A. This is the most useful thing one should do.Even myself I do yoga. I prefer to do 12 Surya namesakes.And the most enjoying part is the Shavasan. This relaxes the whole body from head to toe - a natural way of relaxation.

Dear - let me share one important point that is Shavasan is the last asan we perform because the body gets tired and hence to cool down the stress we totally relax the body with this asana. After performing this we feel relaxed. Hope you note this point. Enjoy life with asanas and be healthy.

Yes.. I am going regularly to gym in the morning... even in the evening time.. I go for a walk to get a healthier sleep.... when I exercise in the morning... I will be so active throughout the day..

Good keep it up - but don't strain yourself by doing more exercise. Everything in life has limits. Take all precautions for health that is important.

i usually don't practice any sport. from time to time i run from work to office :)) but generally i don't. i know that Winston Churchill said that he lived that long because of the sports. he never practiced one, nor did physical exercises. :)

Yes - playing sports is als0 one type of exercise as this exercises the whole body in movements.That is also excellent.Playing sports makes a person energetic and active.You may do exercise or sports nothing but the same.Our aim is to keep our body fit. Good keep it up and continue

actually iam a student so i get very less time for free....then also i exercise one and half hour per day ....because i think exercise is very important to be fit to be healthy....iam not too much muscular but iam fit ..i dont get sick easily like before starting exercise....i have been going to gym from last six months and iam enjoying it.... happy mylotting

Excellent - it is the right time you have selected for doing exercise.It is a must for a student because doing exercise keeps them alert and also sharp. Keep it up and continue - this is for your good only. Try Yoga it will be more helpful.
