If you get a chance to produce a movie... Who will be the director , actor , actress , comedian , music director ? What type of movie it would be?

Years ago when I read the book by Steinbeck, "Tortilla Flat", I thought it would be great to film it as a movie. At the time, I had most of the cast worked out but today I forget who they were and they would be too old fo it today. Not so long ago I did see an old movie based on the book starring Spencer Tracy. It was okay but not as funny as I remember the bok.
