I love making money online, but...

I just love making money. I guess you can say I'm money hungry. But, sometimes, I just don't want to do anything. I don't want to make discussions or respond to discussions. I don't want to click ads. I don't want to write articles. I don't want to maintain my blog. I just don't want to put in the effort. Sometimes, I just get too impatient. Are you always excited to earn money online? How often do you need to distance yourself from the websites you make money off of? Do you often get bored of your routine of either writing articles, clicking ads, maintaining your blog or website, etc? Can you work on those websites all day long? How long have you been earning online for?

it seems so hard making money online (i'm new to it). when all your earnings add up in cents, makes me wonder, does it realy worth the effort? for just a few dollars a month i can't imagine making real income out of it, does anyone earn more than a few dollars?

enjoy the company of friends here and try to support each other whenever you can. don't think about how much you will earn just enjoy posting and learning new things then you'll be surprised to see your cash pile up and eventually you reach your very first payout. Be mindful of the guidelines too because it is your very best friend in here. having fun while learning and earning is really good

Agreed. ignore the whole money aspect at first. It is fun to see it grow, but it's more fun just to have fun. Make friends here and respond and create discussions. Good luck!

I have been earning online for over ten years. I am involved in way to many projects to be bored. Over the years I have become extremely organized. I try to get all my work done in a regular 8 hour working day...sometimes I will work longer...like lately because I opened a new online earning forum. But, I usually take evenings and weekends off...I am here early this morning trying to tie up a few loose ends...as my husband and I are going to be spending the day with friends. I hope you have a great weekend

Hi, Arlene! I'm glad you stopped by! I like having your presence here. It's so nice to have someone reply who has been earning for 10 years! Oh yes. I remember the forum. I shall drop by soon! It's good to take breaks. Maybe I'll do that from now on!

Yes, I do get bored here sometimes, but I have so many other sites, (not money making sites) and working on my story as well as taking care of my house and son, that I don't have time to gt bored. I think the only time I do get bored is when my son is at school and I have done everything, including working on my story. But now with summer break, I find it hard to keep up..

Unfortunately I am going to have to cut down on my computer time..We don't have air conditioning and we think when it gets hot, the computer overheats..:( So if you don't see me as much, you know why..

We don't have an air-conditioning unit too. What I did was buy myself a small electric fan. Its the one that maintains my laptop's temperature and yes it prevented my system from shutting down due to overheating.

Agreed. Once everything is done, it's like, 'Oh no. What do I do now?'' Caring for your son comes first. Then earning money online. Okay, caring for your son and working on your book comes first.

Yes, I think it's almost necessary to have someone who has earned online before helping you. Partially because there are so many scams out there. I'm glad I came here first. I've learned so much about online earning, it's unbelievable. I'm so glad I did.

I guess sometimes everyone has such moments:)Sometimes it's so good to sit and do nothing. Forget writing, responding....... I think it's necessary to take own time and relax! I'm earning online since autumn - all free time spend writing reviews, filling surveys. But sometimes feel so lazy....

hello Stephanie, I also love making money. but I have to admit, there are also a lot of times that my mood isn't good and I don't want to work. since I am working online, I often am tempted to skip work..lol. but since I know I have a lot of things to take care of such as internet and electric bills, I motivate myself to work. Of course I don't always work all day long, I usually stop every once in a while so that I don't get tired easily. I've only been working online since this Feb.

add the fact that there is just too many things to explore if you are connected in the world wide web and that may lead us to be distracted and just follow the path to enjoyment I always get distracted so I end up losing some precious time earning money online

I get tempted to skip work too. It's so easy! And no boss is going to yell at you! I've only been working online since the end of May. I like it. It's hard to stay motivated. All I think about it 'Money... money....'

Sometimes, I'm just like 'Hand over the cash! Now!" I know the cents add up, but it's so trivial at the beginning. Things take time. And I know it's like everything else out there, but you can't help but be impatient sometimes.

I have been earning online for three years. Actually I do get tired of doing all the stuff to earn money. Like I've not been on mylot the way I should this month. It's the 26th and I am going to be racing to atleast get to ten dollars, that is if I don't just give up and not worry about it at all. I guess the best thing to do when you get bored of it is to take a day off, the money will still be there to earn tomorrow... haha, that's what I Do.

I enjoy earning online. I am older so that may have something to do with this. I have a schedule where I work for awhile and then I go to one of my other sites that I frequent and do something else for awhile. That way I don't get as impatient or testy about what I am doing. And, if I am writing an article it usually gives me a fresh approach.

Yes, this is a good idea, to take regular breaks when you do something else. What that should be, depends on the person I guess, what you like and so on. I do that too, with the difference that I get off the computer for a while, have drink or read or watch tv or something, but it is basically the same thing!

I agree. Routine does get boring after awhile. I'm trying to be on myLot every day though, especially if I create a discussion. I'm working on a website as well with another member on here, so it's eating up a lot of my time. I might just dedicate one day to each website. Maybe that would help.

Earning - Earning money online is interesting
It is interesting to earn money online and writing is my forte but I have yet to select a site where I am paid for the quality of my writing and not on the number of visitors that come to my site who do not know head nor tail about writing. Here at myLot, tasks is sure a money earner specially those tasks created by Sharon Bucks but some task creators are not honest. I have come across a few of them who have still kept my tasks pending or rejected them on false grounds.

Same here. I did some tasks that are still pending and some were rejected. I believe I have done right what the requirements were but still got rejected somehow. It's good that there's Sharon Buck's tasks.

I tried to a task yesterday, but I couldn't focus on it. I had a major headache. I was mad because I got halfway through and just couldn't finish before the time limit. There goes five dollars.
• United States
27 Jun 10
That stinks! I just do Sharon Bucks' tasks. I actually use Review Stream. They pay per review, not my how many views it gets. I can give you my referral link if you'd like. You usually get $2.50 per review. I have to admit though, they reject a lot of them sometimes.

Maybe what you need are hyips or investment sites. you just make a deposit and wait for the earning . but beware of scams. there are lots out there that run away with the money once it got deposited. Well there's a site I know that seems like a French social site, you just add friends and accept invites and wait for the money on paypal at the end of the month.
• United States

I would rather not do anything risky. Thanks for the idea though But I'm not French. Does that matter?

I understand the feeling. there are times I just don't wanna do anything at all! There are times I can just sit don from sunrise to sunset making money on the net.Usually on the first 2 weeks of the month I have the lazy streak but when the month is ending meaning the last 2 weeks I work several hours to make up for the lost hours. I am intending to change this routine to a healthier one. That is work 3-5 hours per day consistently on a daily basis. That way I do not sacrifice anything at all.

I do enjoy earning money online. I find that it's a fairly good way to earn a few extra dollars and have fun at the same time. That's really the main, if not only reason, why I enjoy earning money online. I find relaxing to be able to do it from the comfort of my own home.

I'm not even in the halfway of your discussion but I feel that I need to post my response now because later I can sense that I will be branching off somewhere relaxing. I easily get bored and when my mind doesn't fire up or discover new things in the things I do I feel so stressed because I always want my brain to function. There are just too many temptations available when our being bored and impatient kicks in. I'm finding ways now to actually organize my online earning time and my online relaxation time and of course my offline life. I feel easily bored in just about anything even in my love life that's why I told my self that in order to preserve and avoid those stressful boredom in my relationship I would have to discover something new everyday and it works. I hope I could find something new to learn and discover here in the lot because I really like earning here. I wish us good luck and hope that we don't get bored and impatient often. Lastly, I want to thank you for letting me invade your discussion without prior notice. I'm sorry about that I just can't help responding when I find a good discussion that I really could relate to

I need to earn money and I'm supposed to do it daily to meet my goal because of those monthly bills. I started doing this online money earning thing just s couple of months ago but I can feel the boredom doing my daily routine. I guess this feeling is brought about by the fact that I am earning only a couple of cents per day. Maybe if by the end of the month, my earnings is more than $300.00, then I will be inspired to do the task daily without boredom. I just hope somebody can teach me how to earn this much online.

Sites like mylot can earn us extra income and yes it can be a source of ones main income but it will take so much of your time and energy.
