i don't think there is a way since you have said that it's not in the list. try other money processors like alertpay, routepay or moneybookers.

the company from where i wish to withdraw money offers no way other than paypal :(
...any solution possible then???

Unfortunately not. PayPal is an American company and is governed by the laws of the USA. Anything that facilitates the transfer of money to countries which are involved in terrorism or to countries which do not have a stable economic system is proscribed.
MyLot only use PayPal but they DO hold whatever you have earned (as long as you log in at least every 90 days) until such time as they will be able to pay you.
Any falsification of your country of origin is against the Terms of both PayPal and MyLot, so you will have to accept the situation as it is, I'm afraid.

I have my uncle living in Canada...but he has no understanding of anything like this...is there anyway i can ask him to make an account for me etc etc... anything ???
actually it is not just MyLot...I have earned money at several other places as well...but cannot withdraw any :(
