No microwave? What's for lunch?

Okay, I have been taking my lunch with me each day. I have been using tuna. I mix some reduced fat mayo with it and a little onion and other spices. Then I eat it with crackers or whole wheat bread. I also add a bowl of fresh veggies of some sort. Anyway, I want to do lunch as cheap as possible. I have a can of chicken and I may do the same with it.. but I also have a couple of cans of salmon. How can I make the salmon for a spread? I've never used canned salmon.. Any ideas?

I'll be trying it soon then! Thanks! I just wasn't sure if I could do it the same way as the tuna or not!

I'm not a big fan of salmon. However, you could use the salmon with some kind of cream cheese spread. I think one with herbs in it would be tasty.

I guess you can also use the same format for your canned salmon. I guess sauteeing garlic and onions with it could make it a bit different. Or you can try sushi.. I just love sushi!
