People Love a Sincere "Hi!"

I meet different and regular people each morning when I jog. And they all appreciate a warm and sincere "Hi!" no matter how stern or busy or unapproachable they may look. I once had second thoughts about greeting people I meet, especially strangers who don't look friendly. But now I know better!

Yeah, it's nice to be friendly. Just to say "hi" can raise a smile on anyone's face...so...

In Islam it says that even if you smile its like giving alms. But I will smile only if I think she will smile back. Once this lady did not return my smile and I felt stupid.
But I know what you mean about being able to make a stranger smile, its nice.
