facebook: a source of online evidence

Facebook is divorce lawyer's new bestfriend... "whatever you share online can (and will) be used against you in court" we should really be responsible on whatever we are posting on our wall, our photos, or whatever information we will be divulging especially online. not only for married men but for everyone who's into social networking.

Yes, I heard some news about people fired in their company because of the evidence that they were destroying the reputation of their company in posting some negative updates about the said company.

there's also an incident when a house was robbed when a facebook user posted that she'll be out on a shopping. it's like telling the whole world no one is at home

Yes, I have also heard stories like that, several different ones even, so it is definitely possible. I am not sure it is very common or anything, but it can definitely happen!
