Monsoons are the perfect time to work out because you wont tire easily. The showers bring with them a welcome dip in temperatures, soothing weather and lots of laziness. If the heavy showers are preventing you from hitting the gym, then the best option to stay fit is to convert your home into a workout destination.

Dear avani - well you seems to very much fond of snacks and especially pakoras.Yes, this is my favorite snack too especially onion pakoras. Now,yourself and exercise should come nearer so as to digest this tasty snack which you consume so happily. Exercise is good for health - if you don't find more time engage yourself for the available time and stretch your body in all angles. This will play a vital role in your day today life. Try and tell me.

Walking up and down the stairs in my house itself is the biggest exercise.

No - I don't agree for this - because my wife also tells me "all the household work which I do is more than exercise." Exercise is something which needs concentration and also mood. After heating up we need to cool down by relaxation. This is all a process. So how can we come to the conclusion that going up and down the stairs itself is the biggest exercise. Yes,I do agree that it is a strain to go up and down but is not exercise. You have to allot some time to do that.It is a process of making movements of our body.Which makes us active to attend the daily routine of works. If we consider what ever we do is exercise then the Great YOGA designed by Patanjali Maharaj would not come into picture and there would be no person doing that.It is being followed world wide. We as Indians should feel proud of that.

You do have a point out there considering that the sweat that you earn is really from the exercise and not because of the heat. But usually, rainy days would bring out the laziness in us. Its very relaxing and naturally it would be difficult to engage in an exercise when it is raining most especially when we are at home. However, the key is always the determination and the will to do it...

Yes,your last sentence holds good, for to do any thing we need the strong determination and will to do. After all, it is only for our good we are performing the exercises, though we are lazy we have to at aleast do some stretching exercises to keep ourselves active. Thanks for your good response.....
