Good Feedbacks from the GUEST

I am sick since yesterday and today I stayed in my room sleeping, watching tv and surfing the net. I came across this good news from one of our guest who posted it in the tripadvisor website (travel review site).
I quoted his message:
The hotel staff can't do enough for you....fantastic
We stay in hotels all over the world and It has to be said the Sheraton Riyadh Hotel & Towers has to be one of the best to date. The staff are so friendly and polite, they can't do enough for you. We stay there on a regular basis throughout the year and there are always improvements being made. The GM is always walking around the hotel and ensuring guests are enjoying their stay....nothing seems to much trouble. Truly is a family feel hotel.
It's nice to read such kind of feedbacks from our guest. Atleast our hardwork made a good results. Hotel staff is very different from others and we are very known of it. This is the main reason why in our city, our hotel still number one. What you felt if you received such a kind of feedbacks or reviews? Do you feel happy?

Nice to know that you got nice feedback from your Guest.They might have felt happy and appreciate the way you work.Everybody will feel happy while getting good feed backs.So hope you will do the same.

hi there. it is nice getting feedback especially if they are a form of appraisal. also, it is equally appreciated (well, for me) getting feedback on areas of improvement.
congratulations, your Hotel just made one guest or customer happy. i hope travelers around the world would get the same feeling, being proud of their hotel experiences.

even if you are tired from all the work you've done it can all go away once your job is appreciated at the end of the day..i think being appreciated for a job well done is more special than simply getting paid..because even if you are earning but you are not often given good feedbacks, it's like eventually you will lose the interest to continue doing well..being appreciated will make you feel more spiced up to do your best again and again..

hi julyteen that was wonderful and i am sure you all earned it.
The few times I have been in a Sheraton hotel here in the US
the experience was fantastic, the staff friendlyh and very
helpful too.I once worked in a new hospital back in Rapid City
South Dakota and the write up on the new hospital and us, the
staff, was really quite complimentary. It was fine to see us

It is always great to get great feeback from people. I had always gotten good feedback. All people make mistakes but it is how you deal with it that counts the most. People love to treated good when they are paying good money.

it is always nice to read good feedback especially if you are running ahotel as this means that the guests are happy and more likely to come back to stay again as well as recommend the hotel to others.
