What is the most stressful job that you can think of?

If I agree with you, but also that of the medicine seems to me to be sressful, since a doctor has to be all the time at the disposal of the patients, since his lives are in his hands, example when they are of police officer in a hospital.

I would have to agree about being the president is the most stressful job or any high ranking government official for that matter. I mean, every little thing that goes wrong, even if its out of your hands some of the time, you get blamed. Granted, there are some leader's that take incompetence to an entirely new level, but still its the easiest to point the finger at the person who is sitting at the topic of the heap. If anything goes wrong, its your fault. If anything goes right, its despite your efforts. Really its a thankless job. Also, working in customer service is not something that I want to ever do. Granted, there are a lot of people who work in this field that are rather not people friendly. However, the more I think about it, you have to deal with some real winners. People who might not know their head from a hole in the ground. I have patience to a certain extent and working in the field of customer service might be beyond my highest level of patience.

Yeah, that very true the whole country economy and fate is depending on the resident. I think the second stressful job is the surgeon doctor who are in a hurry to save a patient lives then any miscalculation in the procedures of the surgery could have a devastating effects to the patience lives to live or to die. Then the third one would be the enforcer or those who maintain peace keeping the airport, community safe since they need to be constantly alert to guard the civilian against terrorist activities.

Ever tried speaking on stage in front of many people? One mistake you make and all you hear are murmurings. I recall a contest at school where one of the contestants fail to remember a section of a poem, the gap made every one comment about it. It was hilarious like nothing can beat it. The thing is it appear to be intended by the one who recited.

I think the phone operator. I spoke with someone who works at a debt collection firm. It is a job that I would not do it...ever

what could be possibly the most stressful job...hmmm...you are right maybe being the president of a country could be quite stressful. however, presidents do not do everything. he has his members and advisers to do things for him. he just gets things executed. this might not be a stressful job, but it might be one...being a resident doctor.

Whichever job you do without your wish it will be stressful only. If we love our job and enjoy doing it then even it is a tough task we could do it coolly and complete it perfectly. So love and enjoy doing your job. So no need to be stressed:-) Happy myloting...

Research has proved that the neuro surgeons job is considered to be the most stressful job. This was told to me when I was attending a session on stressful jobs and how to deal with it. To my surprise the call centre job is considered to be the 2nd most stressful job.
