I use ordinary toothpaste a couple of times a day plus if I notice that my teeth are becoming discoloured I use either salt or bicarbonate of soda for a couple of days. These are not the nicest tasting things, but they do help a little to reduce the staining.

Teeth whiteners seem to work well, but there have also been warnings that the peroxide in this product may release free radicals into your system which in turn may cause cancer.

No, I don't, but wish I could since I'm a coffee drinker and smoker. My teeth are way too sensitive, though.

I hace used chrest whitening strips in the past and I think that they did a good job. They are really easy to use, you just put one on the top teeth and the bottom teeth and just let them sit for ten minutes. It is about time that I do it again though. Keep on smiling!

I have used the Crest Whitestrips in the past. They were okay. I just didn't like how they made my teeth REALLY sensitive. Especially when I ate ice cream or even drank hot liquids...it would hurt so bad.
