When you are faced with stress,how would you resolue?

Stress is the greatest problem that we all are facing in our daily life. And I think,it's all due to our speedy or high paced lifestyles.There are lots of ways to reduce stress, but the most effective one always depends on who you are. I find vacations to be fairly stressing because I always think of what I need to get done at home and I'm really not able to relax if I'm away from home for more than a couple of days. Yoga is a really good relaxer for me. I absolutely love feeling my muscles stretch and relax as I do yoga and the breathing helps me center myself and clear my thoughts for a little while. Any sort of exercise, in general, as long as you like it, should help relieve at least some stress because they release endorphins. I also like to listen to music when I'm stressed, especially classical music, because it helps me to relax a little bit and just lay there and listen to such pretty music instead of having to be up and constantly going and going.

Hopefully I do yoga and meditation and I can overcome this tension if ever I am encountering one at work or even in my relationship, before when there are a problem I could not sleep properly and now I can because I have learn how to forget tensions in life though.

I deal with stress by do sport. Yes, with do sport, I can shed all the pressure that I feel

When i faced the stress,i will do my best to resolve the problem.If you have stress,it means that you meet some problems.So i will resolve the problems and then i will make the stress away from me.

When I faced with a stressful situation, I first assess what kind of stress it is. If the stressor is just something trivial and would just resolve without much attention, I try to not mind it... just leave it as it is. If the stressor is something that I should face or else another stressful situation would come up if I neglect it, then I try to undo the stress by trying to solve the situation. Our life is full os stress, we should know which stressors which would need immediate attention and resolution. The trivial ones, if you can neglect it then do, as long as it will not lead to bigger stresses. For short, you should know how to screen and prioritize which stresses you need to deal with.
