Is She Dead Or Alive ? I haven't Seen Here for Too Long Now

I have one 18 year old girl in my friends list...we never interacted on boards to that extent to be considered as friends.
I came accross one of her discussions about being depressed and commiting suicide...i have gone through all the comments she made at the responders and she was arguing as nothing stops her from taking her life literally.that post was started three weeks back and i have checked her profile few minutes back..."last logged in was 2 weeks" which means its almost three weeks now
I get a lot of Friend Requests every day...which forces me to toggle the notifiers for selected ones...what shocks me is---i have been searching for her in my list and check if she has logged into mylot again...dont know why but i feel like she must have ended her life 
There have been cases when i hurt someone badly physically...but i used to feel really bad for being so stupid---
"i shouldnt have hurted them that badly" ---- these words keep on bugging me for the entire day.
Life is so precious and killing and hurting yourself and others isn't the right solution---i accept that you fear those big hurdles which are nothing but silly for others.
I only think of two girls all day...one is this missing girl and the other one is live and kicking here infront of me which makes me happy.
Hope she comes back very soon....atleast logs in for me...so i can stop thinking of her---hooooo girl wherever you're just log into mylot once grrrrrrhhhh.

Just pray that she didn't do anything to her life..And I hope she is just around and make herself better now..
That's nice to know you bother for someone when missing! A true meaning of friendship.

Wow, that has to be really difficult for you. I know it would be for me. One thing for sure we cannot control other peoples actions, although we would hope that they listen to some sound of reasoning.
Now this will worry me too, I will enter her in prayers as well as you too. That you get solemn peace as the Lord will take over. So very sorry if she did commit this awful act. Believe me if she did she has hurt so many people in her life.
Let us pray that she is just down in the dumps trying to sort out her life. I know that for me personally, I have been going through something right now so unimaginable, and have been so depressed out of my mind. I still however know that I would be hurting my children in ways that no one will ever understand if I were to end my life. Maybe she is like me, whereas I can go a full week without even as much wanting to get on myLots and discuss a thing. I have had days where I just want to be left alone and don't care to do a thing. So maybe she is just sorting things out, let us hope and pray that she will soon bounce back and come back to myLot and or the world a stronger person.

Mylotters couldnt convince her in that post and i dont think i can control others actions or feelings...just hoping that she is fine somewhere...fighting her problems than to bow down and accept that she eventually lost hope on her life.
It takes a lot to standby bravely when every thing turns around for you...a couple of Encouraging words would do wonders in those kinda situations...a small break might help too.hope she is sorting them out than to go for the extreme step of ending her life.

Sunnycool, you are such a wonderful caring person. Let just pray and hope she is doing fine, okay and alive. If she is still mourning her ill feelings let us continue to pray that she can recover very soon. :)

I hope that she's happily holidaying in the Bahamas Island or Maldives where Wit is or etc2x.. hmmmmm.. let's just hope for the best, bro. I would worry too, if I were you. Sometimes, people with problems like that tend to want to have some third party advices.. and once they get it, they feel better, they will start to move on. Which I hope is the reason why she's not logging in at all.
By the way, who is the other girl alive and kicking and making you happy? Woot2x..

Omg I recently responded to a girl who's discussions was about things of that nature I hope she dosent do anything to hurt herself it seems as though she may need to speak with a professional counselor or physiatrist just judging from both this post and hers.
And must say that when I see members make post like that I feel worried for them I hope this person will return and let you and everyone know that there ok.

Yeah most of the time I dont respond to such serous topics of that nature but I've made a few exceptions just because when I see that someone is sad or hurting I want to help if I can, and sometimes a few kind words can lift the spirit.
Though the person you speak of sounds like shes beyond any help a forum site can give her and to answer your other question yes your right most people with deep or clinical depression wont seek help from a professional unless they have a loved one such as family or a close friend that can encourage them or in some cases force them.
Anyway I hope this young lady is ok I hope she has someone close to her to make sure shes safe because I've heard that there are a lot of people who speak of such things are no longer with us I hope that nothing like that happens to her.

I come accross such kinda posts once in a while...to a large extent i just pass by than to make any response but i happened to read this some how.Do you really think depressed ones would visit a counselor...until and unless some one forces.

now this is a mystery we have here... i suggest that we form an investigative team like the Hardy Boys or something. complete with magnifying glasses to look for clues and stuff..

Sometimes when people are very active on mylot and then all the sudden you dont see them anymore it makes you wonder if they dropped off the face of the earth. I'm sure there are plenty of people on mylot who write and then just get sick of it and leave but I am sure there are also plenty of people who unfortunately kill themselves or are murdered and no longer write on here. Its sad. I guess its kind of good to not get to close friends with people on here and then we wont wonder what happens to people when they arent posting any longer.

Being inactive is different from leaving this site completely...that too with such kinda discussion.i do not keep track of each and every friend of mine in here though i come accross her in my list and i drop by if she had returned or not.I do agree that there are many bad ones in here...but we cant ignore the good

This would such a great idea...Fortune tellers....but the ones in here demand for her name and all the personal details to read her fortune...so i cannot go ahead with this as i dont have a damn clue about her details she is almost a stranger to me

You didn't think you became friends for a reason, Sunny? Maybe you were destined to stop her or prevent her from doing anything. Well I hope she is just fine. I only got to page and hastily posted my response so I can say I'm not updated whether she was okay or not. Meluan did said something about her playing poker in Facebook
