hope to cure my allergic rhinitis

i have this allergic rhinitis for a year now and its killing me. i can't go out without bringing handkerchiefs because it occurs anytime.

this allergy is your natural defense, which has gone awry. ... so, you first have to increase your resistance to the allergen. mostly, it is dust around you, and rarely food.
so, identify the cause that is triggering your allergy. try to avoid that for sometime. and in the mean time, eat a lot of citrus fruits(unless ofcourse, this causes the allergy_ _ ) ... The great LINUS pauling got NOBEL PRIZE .. not for this recommendation, but, he gave out dozens of tablets of VITAMIN-C .. as a cure to even CANCER.
THEN, .. for curing the present symptom.. anti-histamines will help. But, I don't recommend.

cute friend.. if you are a little more observant, the real culprit, which is causing the allergy could be found, and eliminated.
it could be the MILK or its substances, which you take early in the morning, ...
or, the deo spray that you use after your shower,
or, the CEREAL and eggs, that you eat at breakfast, ...
or the POLLEN that comes with the breeze, through your open windows..
=--------------search for it with patience, and then, you don't need to take any medicines to get a cure.
