How to improve photo quality?

Hello to everyone :) I am looking for a simple program which would improve quality of my photos. I usually use PhotoFiltre but it does not help me. I need something which can make somebody slimmer in cheeks or enlarge breast. I am sure there are such programs which can improve our looks, not only face but also other parts of our body. If you know any such programs, please share. Best if they are simple to use :) Have a nice day.
