What are the simple things that make you happy?

I was riding on a public vehicle this morning, heading here in the office when I heard a discussion from a radio station about the simple things that make us happy. It is like a survey where the DJ was accepting phone calls from the listeners who wants to share their thoughts about the topic. One caller said that it makes her happy when she talks on the phone to her two younger siblings in the province that is supporting for studies. She's far away from her family and hearing their voices on the phone brings a lot of joy to her. Then I thought I am lucky that I don't need to be in that kind of situation as her. Anyway, the most simplest thing that makes me happy is reading, while the BIGGEST SIMPLE THING, is when I am with my whole family, nephews and nieces! How about you? Want to share yours?

The best things in life are free. I subscribe to the stimulation of the senses. Watching a sunset with my wife, walking into my garden and picking something right off a plant and eating it right there, when I am driving to the beach I know that I am almost there when I begin to smell the salt air. Brushing my wifes hair. Listening to the sounds of all the life that takes place in an outdoor, natural setting.

As for me,one of the simple thing that make me happy is just to find an interesting question I havenot understand well and then try to find the answer through thinking and study.I like philosophy,philosophy means "be fond of wisdom",I feel like to think about various questions.Is it a simple thing?

hi there, im justa simple girl. I wanted a simple life. what makes me happy is also simple, if i got to see my family together im already happy. I also smile easily especially when i think of my funny actions ona situation... simple things makes me happy.

If you had asked me 2 years ago, I would have answered my computer.
But now it my family, my daughter. Just a few minutes with her is a treasure. Her voice is like a song that I will never get tired of listening. She's everything I need to keep me sane.
