Yeah I tried that but didn't work. They (BDO) said I should contact paypal instead. But I already have EON and it worked perfectly fine.

but it works for me, i have successfully verified my account using bdo atm debit card. anyway, maybe the bdo have caused the problem.

I do not know but I think verification can be done only thru credit card and not a debit card. I just am not sure about this since I have verified my card through a credit and not a debit card. Maybe you could just try to contact the Customer Service to better assist you on that one.

I agree with you, paypal can only verified by credit card(visa,mastercard) not debit card.

Well of course we would like to be able to help you out on this issue of yours. where exactly did you get this error? is this when you are tyring to get your paypal money transferred to bdo? I sure have tried doing this in the past but honestly, i have not encountered such problems. maybe your paypal bank code was incorrect. etc.
