Submit tag by accident

I have just started discussion. One step before I finished my discussion, in tag page, my finger touch enter button on my keyboard by accident before I finished write tag for my article. Consequently, my article was not submitted by correct tag, even correct word 
. Did you ever experience the same as I did? What did you do to fix it? Please share with me, I have to fix it. I was very upset since I didn't tag my article correctly.

Hi de_toya!
The following reference has got to do with deleting own post in case of an error. And once the post is deleted I see no reason why the tag should remain. I've yet to try too. Have a check anyway. Ref: http://www.mylot.com/o/faq/faq16.aspx

Thanks tomi, I have visited the link but it was about delete error discussion. When we think that the discussion that we have made violating the guidelines or abusing mylot, we can request the discussions to be deleted by the admin. It's little bit different with my discussion. Content of my discussion was not violating or abusing mylot. It was error in tag only. I won't delete my discussions and let it be like that.

They are at least 2 ways of remiving the tag that should not be there.
1 - report it using the (!) at the end of the topic and ask for it to be removed.
2 - PM some friends asking them to add different tags. The 5 most popular tags will then appear, bumping the incriminated tag into oblivion.

Oh no, the (!) is not only for reporting violations but also for helping out admins in keeping myLot tidy.
For example, if you see or you create a double post (it often happens when there is a glitch in our connection) then you can use it for that too and myLot will remove the duplicate.
Likewise you can use it to ask for an erroneous tag to be removed.
I will go and try and find it now....

Mission accomplished 
I added some pertinent tags which begin letters earlier in the alphabet than the one which shold not have been there - and now it has gone

hi de toya I have done that several times lately and for a wonder when I did not want speed my discussion was already posted. but I found a few others had tagged it appropriately and it was just fine, better that what I was going to tag with.

Yeah you are right. Currently, my discussion we talked about has been tagged by other members. I feel no worried about that anymore. When I posted this discussion, there are four responses got by my discussion and none of them tagged it while I couldn't tagged it anymore because I have did it accidental. Thank you for who had tagged my discussion correctly. Thank you for the response, Prof

Nope, once you have tagged and hit 'submit' you will not get another chance to tag again.

mysdianait is right oldchem. I have comment on responses I got for my discussion and there is no tag page anymore. Suppose that I just skip when I made discussion, perhaps the tag page will be displayed when I post comment on the responses. Nothing can't do to fix it . Indeed it won't make too much difference but it was bad for me since the tag that was submitted not related with the discussions. The tag was mean nothing.

Hi De_toya!.
I have made thats mistake too. I mistaken press enter button without writing any tag. But when I try to reply others answer mylot asking me to put tag again so I did it, like the one I wanna out in first place. Don't worry to much... because when we reply we will asking to give tag too.
