What is mylot reputation?

I'm a newbie in mylot. It seems interesting to me. But when I attend any discussion I see lots of members with rank numbers and it says mylot reputation. I tried to figure out what does it mean and how to get it but didn't find any. Please tell me what does it mean and how to achieve it. I think it's very prestigious.

@edwardjoy2000...........thank you and all the best to you too. I think it's very exciting to get a rank. Isn't it? I always wonder how many days it takes to get over 500 reputation. haha...I'm only 7 :(

Your MyLot reputation is what it really means your reputaton on My Lot. This is from the posts that you write in your discussions, the better the quality of your writing and post, it will get more positive ratings from other MyLot members, and this all adds up which is reflected in the star that you get when you get past your 100th post. In the centre of this star will be a number. The higher the number means the better your reputation, so when you earn your star after the 100th post you write, in the centre of that star a number between 0-10 will appear, so if you have the number '10' in that start, it means you have a brilliant reputation on MyLot. This is brilliant....It means after my 100th post I can get 0-10 ranking in the star. So there is no rule that it must be start from 1 after 100th post. It might be more than 1 depending on my performance!! wow...yeah I can see you have 253 but your ranking is 9 out of 10. That's awesome. Thanks dear!!

wow!! see now you have 431 reputation and rank 8 !!...better than me huh!!...though I'm 225.. and 7...not bad yet...!! I'll catch you anyway...hahaha...be prepared! lol :P...cheers..
