20dollersurf- scam or legit?

I recently join 20dollarsurf.com,it's a online earning company which will pay for keeping their bars which shows banners of different website. I wonder how can they pay anyone for only showing bars..!!
Also there is chat-box for members and one member just keep posting"This is scam and you will not get paid, don't waste your time here". Nobody stops him,hence site staffs are not active. So i smell scan there and immediately uninstalled the cashbar of them.
is 20dollarsurf.com site scam or legit..??

Well, there are many opinions about that site. Many people said that is SCAMM, while others said that have been payed. Then i dont know exactly.
However im ar 9,95 $ then i have to waith to reach at least 20 $ to ask my payout there.

that's a french cashbar, it's so legit, you can trust them. many newbies don't know about the policy to cashout and when they calculate their money, their points will return to zero, so they think that it dissappear, but no, admin is calculating their money at the end of month, there are so many members, so maybe will take a long time to see your money total. Don't worry!
