Yes I still use a landline phone. Although it is getting much much cheaper to use a cell phone. I still have a landline connection!

we had a landline at home. Better if you use landline when communicating locally especially in urgent situation.

Yes i have to so i can have the internet. We live way out in the country and cannot get broadband or cable so we have to have a landline. It does suck sometimes though cause dial up can be slow at times.

Yes, I use landline connection but for availing the Internet only because internet thru mobile phone is very costly. Its usage thru landline is more economical.

I'm living in India and my ISP is BSNL. I have to use land line. Without it I can't have my broadband. While my registration for broadband connection, they ask the landline number. If you don't have a landline, first you've to get one before you get broadband.

NO we have Vonage, which is a broadline phone in the house. It is a lot cheaper than a landline phone.
