Trouble with some firefox addons

I am not sure how to download some of them. Others are fine but some just will not download. I go to the addons at the website and click to download and then it says that it is and to restart firefox and it will download. After it opens again the addon is not in the list. Any help please.

what would be that add on. i will try it. have you updated your Firefox to 3.6

It is the autofill forms. It is the one that has a pencil icon. I tried it many times to download and restart firefox it hasn't downloaded. I have the newest firefox 3.6.6. and had no problem downloading the clixsense toolbar add-on so I don't know what to do. Thanks.
