What exercises do you suggest to relieve back pain?

A month ago, I started to have these pains in my shoulder and my upper back. At first I didn't mind them but after a while it just keeps on irritating me. I tried to do a few stretching exercises but it does not help at all. Any suggestions?

The best exercise you can do is by doing shoulder presses with light freeweights this will help strengthen your shoulder muscles for back I suggest you use freeweights aswell and bend over forward in a 45 degree angle and raise your arms parralel with the ground. this will help with it.
