Oh my gosh!!!

yeah,the typhoon was really strong.some roofs here in our place are beginning to leave some houses.really scary.but thank God not many people have suffered by this typhoon not like Ondoy which really strikes hard and forced some people belongings to be gone with the flood.sad experience.i hope those typhoons that those typhoons that will about to come here in our country will be less hard,than of ondoy.

The winds were really strong here in Metro Manila. It brought memories of Ondoy for me. I woke up in the middle of the night because I heard a loud thud which turned out to be a flying GI sheet. I wonder which of my neighbors lost a roof? I realized we had no electricity. I wanted to get up, walk up to the river and see if the water was high but I couldn't since power was out. Reminds me that I have to start packing the emergency bags for the family. Hayy, wasn't it just a few months ago that we were renovating our house and now the rains are here again.

This typhoon is scary not because it packs some strong winds, but because this is just a taste of the next typhoons that are coming here. We need to ready ourselves and be prepared. We don't want another Ondoy to happen now so we need to hope and pray.

We were not affected much by the typhoon that recently hit the Philippines. I am afraid of typhoons. It gives me a lot of worries when there is a typhoon.

i'm glad too. yesterday, there was no electricity almost the whole day. it startedtuesday night and the power didn't come back on until 10pm last night(wed). i literally wasted my whole day off yesterday. then i thought i could bum off today watching tv and dvd, but then, the electricity went out again at about 8am. it came back on at about 12, so at least it didn't last as long as yesterday. and the blackout, at least, wasn't as bad during the milenyo typhoon a few years ago.

I totally hate this day because aside from the fact that my menstrual period is heavy then we don't have water at the same time because of the black out. I don't have any mood to cook or do something else even reading I can't concentrate. I just slept all day in the afternoon. But now at least we had electricity for just about 5 minutes ago. I turned on my air con and planning to post here at mylot after the whole day that I am not doing anything and been so bored.

well i am on the internet when the blackout came, it was weird at first in my area because the wind or rain isnt that strong when the blackout reached us. But after 2 hours after the blackout it became a lot stronger but not that powerful to be that dangerous. ive opened a window in my car and slept their, making the storm as a natural electric fan/ AC lol
