Have you ever tried to cut your own hair?

As far as I know, my mom told me that I used to cut my hair when I was 2 years old. I barely can't remember, but Yes, I did cut my own hair. ;)

Several times i did experimented on my hair and tried to cut it. About twice it was somehow a disaster, lol. Good thing i was able to hide the damage! I do it when i feel like wanting new in my look or when i'm depressed.

I just thought to cut on my own, but till now i have never tried to do it.......

Yes! It wasn't that bad actually, but then mine is a 3 on the sides and a 4 across the top. The awkward bit was trimming the back of my neck.

Yeah. For some time, I cut my hair for bangs. It's only that I never make it perfect but it's not bad.

Well since I'm black I have the typical short style, one grade all over or sometimes shaved. I use an extra mirror for the back but its simple, been doing it most my life. It takes 5-10mins. It's some times awkward trying to get the hairline straight though, if I mess up I gotta correct it by bringing the hairline furthur back!!!

I do cut my own hair. Well at least I trim it myself. I have not had a professional haircut in about 12 or 13 years. I guess I avoid going to the salon because I have had some bad haircuts and I do not trust them.

Yes I have I mean it's not so hard you know just by watching videos on it. You pretty much learn how to do it and save yourself some money.

Hello! No I never have tried to cut my own hairs, because I can not do that. Once my mother was said she buy hairdresser things and cut my hairs I say no. I better trust to people with experience in this things - hairdresser. I think It is nothing bad If you want to cut your own hairs just do It. Yes... I tried to cut my hair when I was in elementary...:D I think I cut an inch or 2 from my hair...haha...:D My family said I looked like a Tweety bird after I saw my new hair style...:D

yep..I did a lot of exp on ma hair..but...always a failure and had to visit the hair dresser to correct it... but with ma mustache and side burns ..hm..I'm an expert.... thanks for the topic... have a great day/night.....

I never cut my hair, but my mom did. She used to trim my bangs for me when I was younger. It saved a trip to the hair stylist!

Yes, I did it. But it's really difficult to do so. I did it in front of a mirror, but I find my eyes always get fake into my brain. I can't judge the position of my hand and the scissors. It's a dangerous work.

Yes cutting hair is a skill and not having the skill can be a butchering experience. It is however on the flip side to know that it will grow back. In the meantime prepare to walk around with a hat at all times. LOL

I never cut my own hair by myself before . Maybe it will hurt me by mistake .hehe. So I never try it .

I haven't tried cutting my own hair. And I don't have any plans of doing that. I'd rather pay for someone to cut my hair.lol.
