Stressed from working all day online

Have you evr experienced that you are bombarded by a lot of work and having you facing the computer all day? It may be inevitable when your work involves long hours on the computer. Then how do you combat the stress with this kind of work? I myself have problems of the dark circlwes around my eyes because working on the computer causes eye strain. How bout you?

Yes, yesterday i was got a fever because i keep online and try to respond in mylot without eat and drink xD well, to avoid this now i'm eat well, and not think too much and release the stress =D also think positively can reduce stress and make you have less chance of being sick :D

hello moneyneversleeps! you are right, you should eat and drink first, before working. it's no use to just work and work, and let your body suffer, coz your earnings would probably just be spend on health-care bills,lol. anyway, you should also take time-off from being infront of a pc. it means, you have to rest for every half hour or so, to minimize eye strain and should cramps. it pays to be nice to yourself, so it can work better and you could concentrate much better in your work.

Nice advice deriellec73... I believe that a good work won't lead you to suffering. It must me intended to be enjoyed. BUt as known everyone when there's just too much load on the work, stress sets in.. And a breaktime is a solution to this. :)

Yes I find that I get stressed from working online for hours. Mentally fatigued, as well as physically stressed sometimes by having tired joints from sitting so long in one position. I've yet to make the reward outweigh the stress, but I am working on it. Right now the earnings I make online are going to specific things to help my husband and I along the way. We hope to start using our online earnings to save for a house of our own soon, but for now we are using online earnings to pay a bill we can pay off, and also to save for some other bills.

That's another concern for mr too. I work online but I haven' thought about the bill that I'll be paying soon. It would be a surprise for if my bill sre higher than what I work online adding up the stress. :(

We do not pay the internet bill here so that doesn't really concern us too much. Once we get our own place there's a chance we won't have the internet, but if I can figure out a way to make atleast equal to the internet bill then we'd get internet.

Most time, its my work with system..with ontime deliveries and work loads. I try to divert mind on music and i feel better.

that happens bcoz we try to spend all possible time on computers, i think we need to go out for some time for stress release and sleep well, at least 8 hour sleep is important for a healthy life, and walk is the best way to d stress urself i hope it will help u

hello meeksilent! my work includes staying infront of a computer almost all day long plus during weekends and nights when i do surfing and research on the net. It used to stress me out so much that it seems my shoulder blades are on fire and my eyes so bloodshot and pluffy, friends and co-workers would ask my if i had been crying, lol. Now, i've learned better. We should not abuse our selves since this is our capital to earn and provide for our families. Working like mad just to meed deadlines and earn bucks does not justify abusing our bodies. To combat the ill-effects or minimize the effects of this kind of work, i usually practices the following: a. every 30 minutes or so, i get up from infront of the pc and stretch my body, from the head down and allow my eyes to look at green plants or trees. b. i also try exercising my eyes like rolling them from side to side, upward and downward and closing them while putting my palms on them for 3 to 5 minutes. c. i also flex and stretch my arms, fingers and legs, every half hour or so. most important of all, i try to minimize staying up late at night during e very night of the week. if possible, i just spend late nights during weekends and spend the rest trying to have a good night's sleep, in order for me to be energetic and stress-free to do accomplish the next day's work assignment. it is easier to keep in mind that we work to earn, not to spend it on for our hospital bills, due to abuse of our bodies.

aww so sorry for it :( me i need to find a job. i was trying to find an online job but couldnt find nothing good enough yet :( i like my lot but is just one cent per comment is very complicated. i need more money for me and to help my family :( i just wish i could win money with my blog but is being complicated also :( anyway you are right is bad being many hours in the computer but what can we do? we all have to work :( just rest when you arrive home to rest your head^^

My work do not need me to work all the time in front of the computer.But sometime I need to use the computer for certain purposes. Looking at the computer for more than an hour is not good for your eyes and body.You need a break for a few minutes.For me I like to drink green tea which is belived to have soothing effect.Patting a cucumber juice under your eyes might help.
