Easy and Stylish Hair cut for Athletic

My friend is Athletic and she wants her hair cut is perfect style and its easy to maintain.She have a long,healthy hair but have no time to maintain.because she is always busy in her training,studies.so anybody help her for easy maintain hair style..

Those that I see running along the prom usually have their hair tied backwhen exercising.

well actually its quite complicated... she must just go to salon and tell what she wants.. those guys r experts so they know what suits the best on her face without compromising with her style statement... TAKE CARE.. GOD BLESS YOU..
