What truly makes music special???

What is it that really makes music special could it be the bond that makes with us. Could it be the beat that we really get into. Or could it be that we just really enjoy music because it helps to calm our nerves and helps us relax. Why do you enjoy music so much why do I??? Does music help us to connect with other people. Is music here to tell us something to make our lives more enjoyable.
I really want to know what is music to you many look beyond it and look for a deeper meaning, but what is it too.
Do you like to party that's why you like music. For me music is many things, but most of all it's really enjoyable to me I could not go a day with out it.
Their is so many types of music and people like different ones for different reasons, still why do you think music is so special???

It depends of what music you like. The music sometimes helps us relax, after an argue with someone, or after a hard day at work. Has the power to change our mood, and sometimes the lyrics are so deep and emotional, that they touch your soul, sometimes in a good way, or in a bad way.

For me, i think, what makes it special is the fact that you are unconsciously being preached by a music. It affects a person listening to that music, maybe emotionally. It may lighten up your bad/sad mood. It also brings you to different places and scenes, because when you hear music it goes to your brain which sometime would cause imagination. Imagination of the lyrics being sang.
