What is your favorite show on Broadway?

There have been a lot of New York Broadway shows that have soared to be huge successes. Some of have gone on to surpass the dreams of their creators. Yet others have fizzled before they had a chance to shine. What is your favorite Broadway show and why?

Well, I have never been to the US so I have not yet been able to see a Broadway show. But I have seen many plays and musicals over here in the UK including the West End of London. Some of my favourite musicals are Les Miserables, Oliver, Miss Saigon and Cabaret.

my favorite broadway show I saw on televsion and that was Phantom of the Opera And the other one I love also was on televison and that was
Cats. Memories is my most favorite song from Cats and from the Phantom was the haunting Love Changes Everything.

you know when that elderly cat sang Memories it made me cry as it was so beautiful and yet so sad. My hubby laughed at me but I do get all teary over some things like that.cannot seem to help it.

I like Broadway shows, and each one is unique and beautiful, acting, music, sceneries, decorations, directing. One show which I was so very much impressed and enjoyed very much was "Oklahoma". I keep hearing the song "Okla, Okla, Okla, ......." in my ears all the time I think of Broadway shows, even right to this day. It was, I would say, a huge success !

Well I have never been to a broadway show before but I have seen quite a few stories from friends and have also seen on television that som many actors and actresses are now doing broadway.....
Well wait as I write this I remember that my daughter and I just went to a smaller broadway show of High School Musical this past winter and while it was a smaller show it was pretty good. I guess I would have to say this is my favorite being it is the only one I have been to LOL

My favorite broadway show would have to be The Lion King. I love how they created the versions of the many different creatures, and even though being controlled by people they seemed to bring the animals to life.
