My younger sister is a crazy star tracer~~~What can i do?

My younger sister is a star tracer/fan. She admires those famous singers and movie stars. She spends so much money on buying stars' photo albums and CDs.?(???)? She invests a great deal of time and energy tracing the information of stars and imitating them. Further more, she is not interested in studying and vainly hope to be a super star. What can i do to help her(?_?)? Dear friends,are there any star tracers around you? What's your opinion about star tracing?

maybye in time she will get bored and wake up! there isn't too much you can do... only if you convince her somehow...or speak with your parrents to take all her music devices or at least delete it!

My parents and i have talked with her for many times. We told her the harms of star tracing. But that didn't work. Because she a rebelious teenager girl, we cannot take away all her music devices, we are concerned doing that will make things worse.

if you can't take the music away from her,bring the music to her!this is my only sugestion...i play at the piano songs that i like.so make her to play a instrument. however the music career is hard...

i think its not a bad habit .... we can take it as hobbies!!! one can have such interest .. i too have the same taste!!! ...... when ever i get bored i always spend my time for my star!!!!

I think it's good to treat startracing as a method to relax. But it's unnecessary to spend too much time and energy on it.

That is a bad habit. It seems that this has become an addiction for her. I suggest that your parents continue to talk to her about this matter while she is still young. I would also suggest that your parents do measures like limiting her allowance if they found out that she would be using it for star tracing and such.

I don't see anything wrong with her being star tracer or fanatic other than not caring about her studies... You must make her realize that it's not good if her image as super star if her mind is nothing but a star fish...:) Get it? Haha... Brains is really needed to be survive in the real world and make her realize that..:) haha
