Sleepless because of mylot

"Just 2 more post and I would go to sleep." I would always tell this to myself but I would end up being awake until 1 am because of posting here in mylot. I think I am addicted to mylot and it became a habit to me to post in discussions before I go to sleep. The downside is I would wake up late and be late going into the office because I could not get up early. How to stop this addiction in my lot?

myLot is a great place for enjoying and passing free time. I use it when I am free to do so. Make myLot a medium for your recreation rather than an addiction.

I guess, you will not be able to easily stop it, and why would you? Why would you stop a good habit?! I think it's okay. No problem seen with that. As long as you are passionate with what you're doing here, go and don't stop. I can relate to you. I am always in MyLot until 2 or 3 am, and I always lack sleep. What I do is, I compensate for the lack of sleep by taking some short nap in between hours during the day. Always take some vitamins to keep your body resistance to illness in good shape. Don't try stop MyLot addiction. It's a good kind of addiction! Addicted to MyLotting and addicted to making friends and making money online! Keep it up! Keep on MyLotting to the max!

The same to your issue.Sometimes I am also obsessed with discussing with others in mylot.I am also curious about reply from others to solve my problem like you.Maybe we both shouldn't be so ambitious about our achievement in mylot.Maybe we should be better in self-control.

Keep your posts short and sweet. I used to do that but I learned that when I get the free time I will post. I try to get my comments back short and sweet.
