I am strange in that subject. I kind of switch it up, I might let anyone in one day, and then no one in another, it all just depends. Then again I'll tell people "friend me up". I've got lots of friends but can't and sometimes don't get around to responding to all of them.

I'm not selective here...there's no point in it as far as I'm concerned. So, I have a few hundred friends (I think) and, because they are my friends, they get notifications if I start a discussion and I get notifications if they start one. It's about contacts more than friendships here for the most part. Some of my friends are actually "friends" but I accept anyone who asks...unless they end up spamming me...then they're gone.

I like your thought process. That is true about it being about the contacts. It is not like facebook and myspace. I think that I will start doing the same thing as you. Thanks for the insight. Wanna be my friend? :)

I have over 400 hundred friends on mylot. Not everyone is active though and I'm not selective at all. I think the more friends the better it is for all. Having friends from different countries and different nationalities is a great way to open your horizon to the world around us.

For now I have only two, the first is my up line and the second I meet here, and I also selective. And I am thinking a way to convince my school friends to be a member here.

Mylot is a really good site and it is a great place to make new friends,chat about topics that interest you,and make a little extra money,and I know some people have more friends than others,and I am not sure how many friends I have but it is like eighty since I used to add everyone who sent me a request,now I am more selective and I need to go through and edit my friends list and delete the friends who are either no longer on,or I do no respond to,or post too short of discussion,so when I get done I might have as many friends as you.
