HOw do you define true love?

i was happily married to my true love for the past 2 years. but now that we are in a distant relationship...she has asked for a divorce. No i doubt if it was my true love or not. But i dont want to lose hope and give up so soon. i will fight till my last breath to get my love back. i will go up to any extent to prove her that i love her.

There really is no in-the-box definition of True Love. One just knows it when it's there. But the closest I could think of is that you are truly in love when you find genuine happiness making the other person happy. It's not true love when you are only after your own happiness. Neither is it when you exhaust all your joys just to make someone happy. ...and oh! I'm not yet married... but I'm in love. Hehe...

True love according to me is TOTAL SURRENDER to the partner. There is no calculations at all. You can love them with all their flaws. In fact even their flaws will appear beautiful to you. You can easily forgive them. You won't have any ego towards them. You will be ready and willing to sacrifice anything for their sake. You would love to spend all the 24 hours with them, still feel not enough. You would want to share the good things with them. You would want to share their burdens. In short you would live for them and not for your self. That's my definition, don't search for it, you will never find one

I have a distance relationship for like 10 months. At the beginning, when we saw each other was so magical, we falled in love from the moment we saw each other, we couldn`t take our eyes off, we were kissing, and we didn`t care if the people were staring at us, we were charmed, each of the other. We see each other every month, and every time we meet we have the same emotions, as we had at the first date, and every time we can wait for the time to pass, to see us again. After 10 months, we are still, so in love, just like at the beginning. Of course we argue sometimes, as any couple, but we always reconcile, because we love each other so much, and despite the distance between us, we keep in touch every hour, or almost every hour.

defining true love will decrease the passion in love . love can neither be described nor it can be told we can only tell the feelings to our partners and thats what love is . dont leave your partner in hard times hold your partner forever be with him always . Well i am not married but i know a bit that what love is . It is a great feeling love is not giving someone pain love is not taking someones life love is giving happiness love is saving lifes .
