Do U prefer cheating or play fair in online/offline game?

I join online games in facebook. Its fun that we can interact with lots of people in fun ways. In the game, people will try to show their best ability to others. I used to do fair play like most of my friends does. But I haven't play it for a while and when I came back, Ive missed a lot of things and left behind by my friends. Some of my friends also cheating. It makes me wanna cheat, and now, I evev cheat more then them...
Just to show off for first, but now I'm addicted to it...

First of all most games are just games only for time pass. I don't play online games much and if i do i would play fairly. But sometimes if i can't complete a certain level then i would resort to cheats and try to overcome that level.
I prefer both as i need both if i want a fair game and if i can't pass a particular stage.

I feel cheating is not worth it, at the end of the day it is just a game. I would prefer to test my skills and knowledge more and try on my own and see how far I get. Worst case is I fail, big deal I will improve. Also I would rather end 5th in a game and play honest than cheat and win but thats just me. Cheating takes the fun out of the game.

If it's just a game with my friends then I don't need to cheat because we're doing it just for fun. However, if it's something involve my pride regarding something I'm passionate about then I won't ever back down and try to my best ability. Cheating does happen but only when I'm sure it will be very slick and no one will notice I cheated.
