Childhood cartoons that you miss?

I miss sooo many cartoons I used to watch when I was really young and even as a teen. Mostly shows from Nickelodeon. I LOOOOVED Are you Afraid of the Dark! I'm watching Angry Beavers on Netflix. It is not that old compared to shows like Fraggy Rock or Lambchop and other shows like that from when I was really little. I even miss Captain Planet, Tale Spin, Darkwing Duck, Duck Tales, and stuff like that from the Disney Channel too!

I really miss Darkwing Duck. They put I think half of the series on DVD, but then they stopped. I really wish they would put the rest of the series on DVD or put reruns on television. I'm sure they could find space on the Disney Channel in the middle of the five million Hannah Montana airings that they air during the day. In fact, that entire Disney afternoon block ruled, with Darkwing, Chip and Dale Rescue Rangers, Ducktales, Tailspin, and just a lot of good cartoons.
Also, Aaaah, Real Monsters is a cartoon that I remembered enjoying but sadly has been mostly forgotten. It is a real shame as I thought it was a fun cartoon when it aired back in the day. Also Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends was a cartoon that I remember enjoying a lot. In fact, many super hero cartoons, Batman, Superman, X-Men, and others. Also, I would have to put the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon on their, even though the first eight seasons are already on DVD and I got them. If only they put the final two seasons on DVD, then I would be happy. Hopefully they'll get around to that eventually. And you cannot go wrong with Looney Tunes, its always a classic no matter when your children was.

I agree there was like a whole afternoon block with all my favourites on! I've been watching AAAHH!! Real Monsters on Netflix! I was so psyched they had it on instant play. They have some others like Tale Spin and stuff so I will be watching those. I was always a Batman fan but I did watch Spiderman. X-men, of course! And Ninja Turtles is a no-brainer. I know the show still comes on I think. I remember I used to watch the first live-action movie they made like 100's of times! I loved it. Looney Toons, Muppet Babies and even Animaniacs. I loved the mafia pigeons from the Animaniacs they were always so funny.

I miss Disney cartoons, Duck Tales, Rainbow Bright, Care Bears and Denver the Last Dragon.

Denver the Last Dinosaur! I just saw a picture or something the other day with that on there! Forever I couldn't remember the name of it I knew there was a dinosaur and it was a cartoon but no one I told knew what the heck I was talking about. I also miss the Gummi Bears. Few people I tell that to know the Gummi Bears they think I'm talking about a show about the candy gummy bears. lol

The best cartoon I miss the most is Pink Panther but there are others too that I really miss like Roadrunner, Wiley coyote and Bugs Bunny are just to name a few! There are many others but were not getting into all that today.

I miss a lot of the Lee Falk cartoons like Phantom and Mandrake which used to be a rage when we were young.Nowadays, no one reads them and either they are rarely available or very expensive.

Rainbow Brite? I can't find any trace of it anymore, not actually my favorite but I love rainbow brite and care bears team up! ^.^ I love anime, but I don't miss them because I usually download all my faves. I do miss the mask rider black, shaider, mask man... I a filipina, and they were so popular here. not actually cartoons but... it's close to cartoons... sorry! lol! ^.^
