What if super heroes were real. What role in society would you play?

Would you be a superhero, a villain, or a regular civilian? Everytime I watch the the Incredibles, I keep on wondering, if the there were real superheros, would I have been born a super? would I bee one of those who have powers or would I be just a regular civilian, like what I am now. It's fun to think about it. I think I'll be a real super hero, and my alter ego would be a mad scientist or tinkerer (kinda like syndrome, only good!) What do you think?

If certain people could actually have special powers/abilities, I think a lot of them would be too tempted to use it for personal gain, including me. So, I think the world is right just the way it is now :) But to answer your question, of course the "kid" in me would love to be a superhero, saving the world on a daily basis, LOL

Then I guess, there would be more villains than superheroes. I agree, I'd love to be a superhero too. Come to think of it, I haven't played with/seen a kid who wanted to be the villain

If I was ever born with some power that normal people would really consider in having, I think I would just keep it to myself and live a normal life like a regular civilian would. Yeah, having special powers can be a good thing but, it can also cause other things aside from good. You can use it for good and inevitably, someone out there with their own super powers would use it for evil. I wouldn't really like to hassle myself with confronting them and trying to insist that what they are doing is bad and they should use their powers for good. They already know that already but, that's what power would often grant anyone, temptation to use it for their personal gain. Let's say that my special ability is to fly. That would be really nice for a student or an office worker who doesn't want to be late for work or even just for vacation purposes. Yeah, very personal but, it wouldn't hurt anyone, right? It would just ignite envy for those who can't do such things. They have to do it the hard way but, doing it the hard way really makes such achievements worth while. Working hard for something and earning what you worked for would really give you that satisfying feeling than something that you have easily finished without even breaking a sweat. So, going back to, 'why not use your special powers to do good and vanquish evil?' Why indeed? Because the moment you start being the hero, everyone else can be a hostage.

If a have a choice I would loved to be a SUPERHERO. But then again I'm loving what I am now, I mean being here, breathing and living is enough for me. I'm just appreciating what God has given me. :)

A regular civilian but with powers, but not a superhero. With that, there is also no big responsibility in the society. LOL!
