ANY ISSUES WITH YOUR DSL SERVICE?

1.PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT ALL THE CABLE ARE PLUG IN BEHIND THE MODEM. 2.IF YOU HAVE ANY FAX MACHINE OR ALARM CONNECTED,PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT FILTER CONNECTED TO TELEPHONE LINE IF SERVICE IS INTERMITTENT 3.IF UR DSL SERVICE IS INTERMITTENT?MAKE SURE THAT ETHERNET CABLE IS NOT LONG. 4.IF UR DSL LIGHT IS OFF ON THE MODEM?NEED TO CAL YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER FOR ASSISTANCE. 5.IF U R UNABLE TO CONNECT TO UR INTERNET?PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR DSL MODEM HAS 3 SOLID GREEN LIGHTS.THEN UNPLUG ALL THE CABLE BEHIND THE MODEM AND PLUG THEM BACK AFTER 2MIN.THIS MIGHT RESET UR DSL MODEM.

I have cable internet access but I still have some problems with it. When I use the firefox browser and I am surfing I keep getting disconnected, reconnected and disconnected again. It repeats itself so I am not sure what is going on. I am using IE 7 right now and am able to stay connected. Any clues what is happening?

today i got the 678 err so i called the adsl help desk and they said its their fault. i knew it wasnt my pc because the "adsl" light was off and comunication between my pc to the modem was ok (tried ipconfig/all)
