I can try to summarize some DO's from the discussions guidelines, but it is better for you to find some spare time and read them all. It is important for a mylotter to know exactly what are the rules here, and to try to respect them.
Anyway, nobody will tell you anything about the mylot earnings algorithm, as this is on the list of DON'Ts.
There is no limit for the number of discussions you post. Just chat back and forth with other myloters, being sure you respect the rules, and you'll see your earnings increase.

Hi sweeneelu welcome to Mylot!
WEll mylot offer to pay through paypal which is an online payment processor. dont have an account no problem just go to paypal.com and create your free account.
HEre on my lot you get to well its my 48th post and till now i have earned $1.05. You earn on mylot for posting long and quality responses the response should be atlesast five line long you are not going to get paid 2 line response. You could increas your earnings futhure by using their search bar to search on the internet. They give you a reward randomly after making 15-20 searches they give you reward the largest which i have received is 10 cents the reward is random and may vary every time. Dont keep on making searches after receiving the reward or they moght give you a warning.
You could eran even more by starting new discusiion the more responses you get the more you earn. and you also need to comment on the responses in your discussions to maximize your earning!
One thing which i forgot to tell you its not loke this that you make a post and you get credited for it earnings are added to your account once every 24 hours so have patience to see your ernings inyour account balance.

You earn according to how active you are. Just be active and have fun. You can also use their search engine, to earn rewards. they pay you through paypal/alertpay. You have to have a legit paypal account because when you can cahsout, mylot will automatically cashout what you have earned.
