DVD player with USB port/connection....need one!

I'm looking to get a DVD player with a USB connection to plug my external hard drive in and play the movies on the HD on my tv. My tv doesn't have the USB connection, but it does have the red/yelloe/white connection for the DVD player I have. However, the DVD player I have doesn't have a USB connection port.
I have been looking for a DVD player at the store (on line) and in specifications of each player, none of them say they have a USB connection for me to plug hte HD into.
Am I looking in the wrong place or is this something they dont' bother to specify? How can I find a player that has the USB port? I just want the single player, not a deck with other things

samsung, i have one. but i only use this to watch my downloaded movies.

that's exactly what I want to use it for. Does the description actually say "USB port" or does it say something else?

its a usb port, but you can only play mp4 or avi on it. But my tv has a usb also which i use to play mkv and 3gp files.
