I can access all of the said sites but sometimes istorya.net i received errors on my visiting the sites but its normal Because of the large visitors each day the servers get overloaded so this things happens. I believed most visited sites that encountered this kind of situation should upgrade their hosting servers so their users would not encounter this downtime.

All of them are fine. I was able to access every one of them. The problem must be in your end. There must be an interference somehow so you are getting timeout errors.
