Team Edward or Team Jacob?

To start of, I'm a man and i am not gay, before watching the movies of Twilight i always thought it was a bad movie just for girls, but after i saw it and i actually liked them I'm not a big fan but i admit i like them and i have been coming across many sites saying Team Edward or Team Jacob, and I'd like to know more about this, I mean as far as i am concerned Jacob didn't do anything special to even deserve a team as for Edward, he tried to kill himself, hasn't killed Bella yet, amongst other things, so if you watch Twilight or read the books, which team are you in and why? specially if you are in Jacob's team because i really don't understand that.

This is a hard choice. I like Edward becasue he seems to be a classic romantic, but I like Jacob becasue I think that he cares about Bella more. I going to choose team Edward, becasue I think Bella would fit in better with vampires than with werewolves.

I wouldn't say that Jacob cares more about her than Edward does, because Edward is always there to protect her, kind of a stalker if you ask me, but that's one of the reasons why he is my favorite character in the story, and if ever a book was written on his perspective instead of Bella's i think i would even read it, because i would find it more interesting in the male point of view since I'm a guy myself, I'd say that Jacob is more "given" he is always chasing after Bella to get a shot, and he never realizes that she loves the other guy, but he just doesn't back off, he even takes his shirt of half a million times in each movie to try to persuade her but he just can't, i think he sees here more as an object, a goal.

I read the books (from Twilight to Breaking Dawn), watched the first 3 movies and frantically waiting for the last movie installment of this saga. I'd say I want Edward for Bella. He made a lot of sacrifices for her just to save her life, even if its really hard for him. Don't get me wrong, though. I also like Jacob, the way he looks and the way he moves. Man, he's really one hell of a hunk.
Bella and Jacob are not destined to be together. Read Breaking Dawn and you will know why. This last book is the best among the four and so I strongly recommend that you find time to read it:)

Unfortunately i have already gotten a lot of spoilers from that book and a lot of twilight fans that i know disagree with you stating that it is the worst book of the series, because there is no action where it should have been because of Bella, and from all that they told me Jacob got really down on my consideration because he will become a pedophile, he will be in love with Bella's daughter, i have to confess i was a bit weirded out at that fact.

I am for Team Jacob, I find Jacob more attractive compare to Edward. Yeah the character of Edward is the highlight in the movie. But I find the character of Jacob as more challenging one. I found him a submissive but eager to fight.
