Went to my brothers home yesterday for a dinner for my kids that are visiting from New York and my SIL pulls me aside and tells me that she brought one of my cards to a retirement party for one of her friends and ALL of them want at least 10 of my cards! So I got an order for 70 cards! I have two craft sales coming up but I am not turning down the order! Have you ever been shocked by an unexpected order for your crafts? I don't think I'll be sleeping much in the next couple of months! LOL

Fantastic news. Funny how things snowball into bigger and better things. Can I borrow your SIL for awhile? lol Enjoy the next couple of months spending loads of time making cards. Know you love it. Good luck with your craft shows also and hope they are real successful.
Have a good weekend,

Hiya Jill,
Also me too as well. So much good news can outweigh all that negative junk on the Television they want us to listen to it´s so depressing to listen to their droning on the News. Your kind of News is much better. Here´s to that and ever after again.

Wow, that's cool! I've never had that kind of order, but I have had people unexpectedly ask me to make things for them. A couple of years ago, I knitted my daughter and her family all hooded sweaters for Christmas and her in laws asked me to make a set for them. They paid well, but I really worked hard at it. I was afraid I wouldn't make them well enough!

That is awesome about your card orders. I love it when you get more business from people who have seen or been given something that you make. I would not have turned it down either. Little sleep or not...money is money. Your cards and things that you make are super cute. I am not surprised one bit that someone ( or 7 someones) would want to order from you after seeing one.
