Can i transfer Funds from unverified paypal to verified Alertpay account ?

There is no differences between that your account in PayPal is verified or not, there is no way to transfer money from there to AlertPay. It is not allowed for someone to do a transfer for you. If you find someone who can make you that kind of transfer.. be careful, he can cheat you really bad.

But i hear that there r some sites which can Transfer funds from paypal to alertpay... Lock at this site...Many people have done it before.. Move-funds.com

Yes, but I think that is forbidden by PayPal. At least it was.. last year.
