I am starting to understand my dreams better

I never will fully understand my dreams but that is ok. Lately I have realized why I do dream what I dream. Sometimes I watch a movie or a tv show. That night I dream about something that happened in the movie or show. Why I do have not figured out! ANother example is when I am thinking about a person alot I usually to dream about that person that night! The rest of my dreams are probaly stressed related or there is something in my mind that just likes me to dream bizzarre dreams! That is my guess anyway!

I think I am the same. I have action packed dreams at times and they are similar to the action films I love to see. But I also have dreamt the same dream over and over and I lived it.

I know bits of plot seem to enter my dreams.

Never had a dream I dreamt over and over again. I also never had a dream I lived either! Lately I have not dreamt any weird/bizarre dreams lately. I did dream I had to move after watching Toy Story! I know I got it from the movie because it is in the movie! Crazy but true!

We dream what we dream because we think about it consciously or sub consciously. We get those bizarre dreams because we think about so many things, that some we dont even know we are thinking of,.

No one has ever explain dreams like this before! Alot of this makes sense! I wish I knew rhis along time ago! Maybe then I would not of gottan so angry waking up and realize I had bizzare dreams!
