Hi Iriene, We have the same habit,shop grocery on weekdays. It is the best time to do in the morning,whereby the vegetables and chicken are all fresh. I seldom go to wet market,unless I am buying some fishes. I prefer to go to supermarket for my grocery shopping, it is cleaner and not smelly. I seldom go to shopping malls on weekends,my husband also does not like crowded place and bringing a small kid out to crowded place might not be that appropriate. We also seldom dine-out, i always cook for my family. and for movie outing, I have not been stepping to cinema for more than 3 yrs ,since my son was born. I am so out-dated on what is the nice movie screening in the cinema now. I just enjoy my motherhood and my parenthood moments nowadays.

Hi, It is good to have a family shopping together on weekend,it is also the time for family bonding. So will you go ahead for lunch or dinner together after the shopping journey? For me, I prefer to do my grocery shopping on weekdays. As for weekends, the supermarket will be super packed and I don't like to bring my son along to those crowded places. For clothes shopping, nowadays,there are many online stores and I will choose this practical way to shop for clothes. Once a while, I will go the mall for clothes shopping and I prefer to be alone,not tagging my son and my husband.

Hi, I do wish I have chance to shop early morning or when the shop is going to close,then the crowd is not that many and I can select the things I want more freely. As what you said is right, less people in the shop means less queue in the fitting room too.

I prefer going to grocery on weekdays. Shopping, I love it when it's on sale. But I do prefr shopping for clothes early am, or when closing time is near, as I donthaveto get throughcrowds, or fall in line in fitting rooms

Hi, I seldom shop early in the morning...most shopping mall only open around 10am and the most earliest I have been is around 11am. At least,bt that time most shop are open and I have more things to see. I don't like to go shopping on weekend...too crowded and I prefer on weekdays where everyone is working and I can shop for free.

Hi, I did my grocery shopping at least twice a week,sometimes it can hit to 3-4 times a week because I want to get fresh vegetables for my lunch and dinner. I don't like to store vegetables in fridge for few days,it may not be fresh anymore. I seldom go to wet market,most of the time will go to supermarket for my grocery shopping.Pretty convenience as they do sell chicken and fresh vegetables.But I have to go there in the morning..If at night time, no more chicken and fresh vegetables.

Hi, I do think everyone wish to have lot of money in the pocket/ wallet,so that they can shop anything they like. But then life is not easy and we have to work hard in order to earn more money for living. Hi, For me grocery shopping need to be done at least twice a week as I am doing a cooking everyday for my family. My grocery shopping is not only for daily products ,but also for vegetables, chicken and meats. I do agree with you sometimes when we just walked in to the store,the staff might approached asking : can I help you? Normally, I will just answer : I just have a look first and if need any help, I will look for you. If the staff keep walking at my back,then I choose to go off,feel awkward when There is someone always walk at my back.Feel uncomfortable.

Hi, I also hate to join those people crazy over the sales items. especially in the supermarket,no space to walk and the cashier is so long queue. But sometimes really no choice,the price deduction is alot and really worthy to buy.So have to dump myself in the crowded place and grabbed the items that I want to buy.

Hi, It seem most people love to shop during weekend.whereby can chat with friends and meet up with them while go for shopping. I love to shop in weekend too when I was single. Hi, Shopping can be a nice hobby...especially you were to go shop for the things that you like. You can always get an accompany when you are out for shopping,at least you won't feel bored. Hi, Shopping is your hobby.....it is fun and great to have a shopping even on weekend or weekdays. Sometimes, I will just go for window shopping,to relax myself. Window shopping is great too...everytime when go out to shopping mall,it does not mean that we have to spent money. We can just have a walk and chat with friends,the most just need to spend money on food.

Hi, I wish everyday is my shopping day. When I was in Singapore, I used to shop on weekdays and weekends. Because I am working on shift,so I will have 1 day off on weekday and 1 day off on weekend. I prefer to be out to shopping malls for outing rather than stay at home. Sometimes even I can't get a friend to accompany me, I just shop alone. Be it window shopping or just have a relax at cafe, I feel great and quite enjoyable.

Hi, We have the same habit,can't stand of the crowd. I just don't like to be in crowd.so many people are squeezing and the cashier is always on long queue. UNless during sales period, then no choice, I have to bear with the crowds and also the long queue cashier. Sometimes, the supermarket at my place here will have a member day once a year. No matter how early I was there, the people are already there and start buying things non-stop.People are rushing to buy their necessity. That is the only time whereby I have to be in the crowded place to get the sales items that I want.

Hi, Thank you for your comments. I never go for shopping during my lunch break when I was working last time. The time was too short for shopping and also not in the mood to shop. I prefer to do my shopping after knocked off.At least, I have plenty of time to see the things I like. THat was my pastlife. Now, I am a fulltime housewife and in the morning, I will go for my groceyr shopping twice a week,the rest of the time I will be at home do MyLot and facebook-ing. Shoppping on weekend is always great, whereby you can catch up with some friends or colleagues.

Hi Carline, I might agree with you that weekend is a great day to hang out with friends and do shopping. That was my past life, when I was still single. I used to shop on weekends with my friends,go for a cup of coffee or watch a movie in the cinema. Just want to get myself out from my work life,relax and get a fresh air.
