Mylotting on mobile phones query

I know for a fact that there are mylot members who are using their phones to post on mylot. I know that because I for one is mylotting through my phone from time to time. I would want to share with my friends the beauty of mylot while using their phones but as of this moment my friends are encountering an error that I have not experienced myself. The problem started when my friend tried to respond to a discussion, she was happily typing her response but upon submition this comes up"you have to have 500 posts to be able to cut and paste" She was not trying to copy and paste a thing and no matter what option we chose in order for us to type the response we still find ourselves looking at those copy and paste thingy. I hope someone could enlighten me on this one. If in any case this had been discussed before can you lead me to that discussion and just kindly delete this one I hope this case isn't unique Worst comes to worst she would have to reach the 500 posts using a computer

I've encountered that too before my 500 mark. I had to get active on a PC before I could post on my Nokia OM. Well, it's the sites policy so we have to follow it, otherwise....

I see. So I guess posting in mylot through a computer is the only solution for this. Thank you and by the way her phone is Sony Ericsson so it's not only happening in Nokia. Having mylot in your phone is case to case basis specially when you are a beginner and not have 500 posts yet

I think I'm going down the same path as you once did...I'm going to lose this referral

I even lost a ref because he only uses mobile for being online. he can't post anything so he lost the interest even if he have seen proofs of my earnings and he got interested.

I think it's the way the mobile actually works, there must be some kind of process going on in the background which imitates the copy/paste on computers. Your case is not unique it's happening to me also so I can only browse through discussions and not say what I want to say and I feel really left out :( Lol seriously I'm just waiting till I have passed the 500 posts requirement then it shouldn't be a problem for anyone. Also what phone are you using? Is your internet fast and is it a qwerty keyboard phone that you have?

The phone is a sony ericsson and it's a regular 3g phone. It doesn't have those qwerty keyboards those smart phones have. The internet is fast too. I don't want my friend to feel left out because I invited her in mylot to enjoy it I guess you're right something in the background imitates the process of copy and paste in the phone.

I have not tried mylotting in a phone similar to hers. My phone and her phone is Sony Ericsson and the firmware is almost the same but I was over 500 post when I started using my phone to mylot. I guess I would just tell her to post in her computer for now

I will try it on my phone, i dont have the experience, but if what you said is true, 500 posts, we have past on that, but mylot has no way of knowing if the message post is coming from a phone or computer, everything is the same.
