Can you smoke anything??

Over the weekend, I smoked Pall Malls... they are so disgusting. I have a regular brand (though expensive)... it's what I like. I only smoke Newports.. menthol of course.. and I prefer 100s or cadillacs as they call them in some places. My husband, however, can smoke ANYTHING! Fooling with him... I've tried Cherokees, Sonomas, Tahoes, Basics, Pall Malls among so many others. If I don't have Newports, I can only either smoke Kools or Virginia Slims. I've even tried USA Golds... I still find that Newports are my favorite, though. Some people can smoke anything and be happy.

Well I don't smoke ciggs but my husband does. He used to only be able to smoke Malborol Reds. But now he smokes Camel Turkish Silvers. They are also a very expensive brand of ciggs. But you can get $2 off a pack coupons sent to you just by going to their website. I am sure other kinds might have coupons too. But $2 off is a lot. Helps out.

He says they are kind of like a Marborol light. And about the same price.

I've tried Marlboros... dependent upon what kind.. I don't like the taste much.. but I'm open to new things because I may like it.

I can't smoke anything but I can tolerate some other than my usual brand. I presonally like Newport 100s too. But a cheaper alternative is Maverick Menthol 100s. They don't taste as good as Newports but its cheeper and they're close to them.

Wow.. finally someone who smokes Newports. lol.. there are a lot here but not so many in other areas as I've noticed. I find Kools to be similar to Newports too.. we nickname them "newdies" here. As described to me by my grandfather, Kools were the Newports back in their time.
I have never tried Mavericks.. but if they are indeed cheaper and taste similar to Newports.. I am willing to try it.. buying Newports are expensive here.. and a serious dent in the pocket weekly.

To be honest , I do not like smoking . And when I smell the smoke , I feel bad . and I believe that the smoke is very bad for your health , thus I hope that you can give it up . That is just my view .

Once again... this post was for smokers... it wasn't for who's against smoking, how one may feel about smoking or ANYTHING like that. I suggest that you reread the post and if you fit the bill, then respond again. If YOU DON'T SMOKE, please don't give me your sob stories on how you feel about smoking is bad and all of that because that does NOT change my outlook.... please take the time to read and comprehend before posting.

I have tried smoking anything i get. but that hasnt helped me a bit. Sometimes i even think why did i ever smoke. I have been smoking again since last 1 month and again i want to stop it for ever.

In certain states of the U.S., you cannot smoke in public areas such as parks, restaurants, bars, etc. It is a new law here in Virginia... and it has greatly affected businesses everywhere. I miss the days of smoking in the designated smoking areas of places rather than having to go outside.

Hahhaha...I can smoke all kind of brands and all of my friends and people I know can smoke all brands too.But I prefer smoking one brand because I get some hardtimes in the morning if I smoked alot of brands during the week or so :)

That is so lucky for you... I be on the verge of DYING if I don't have my select brand.. I used to scoff at other brands.. but now I can at least tolerate them. lol

I can't smoke and don't want to smoke. I can't smoke because I had situation issues with my illness that is sinus. I don't smoke because I know that it's unhealty and I don't want to be bothered under illness circumstances

I guess the topic listed above doesn't apply to you... being that it is about people who DO smoke and what type of brands that they prefer over others and why. Good for you that you don't smoke..

Noooo! I can't stand most of the generics (like you, I've tried a lot of them to save some money). I've never tried the Pall Malls, so I can't say how they are. I kind of bounce back and forth between the Marlboro Menthol Lights and Doral Menthol Lights (which are pretty good and cheaper than the Marlboros). My husband smokes non-menthols (Marlboro Lights) and when I run out they aren't too bad. By the way, I did smoke Newports for awhile--II like those, but they don't like me too much. lol
